How can I track my order?

Is it possible to Expedite my order?

At the time of booking your order, our system already calculates the time required to deliver this to you based on production, booking delivery, etc and provides the estimated date of delivery. Due to any particular reason, if you want to expedite, please feel free to call ((888) 530-0013) or write to us ([email protected]). We shall try to explore further and advise.

Is it possible to postpone the delivery as I am not available to receive?

As long as your order is not shipped out, you can let us know future dates when you will be available. We shall try to reschedule your delivery.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

To cancel or modify your order, please contact our Customer Service Representatives with your request. However, we cannot guarantee your request to modify or cancel.

How do I return an item?

Online Return Policy

Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase unless noted in our Online Return Policy Exceptions. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Our actual hipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by 10BK. Please note bundled items need to be returned with all components for a full refund.
